RED Design has over 100 developed house plans. Often an existing home design can fit a new client’s needs and therefore should be shared and recycled.
If you are able to find an existing plan you would like to purchase, applicable stock plan fees will be applied. Please feel free to contact RED Design for more information on the purchasing process.
SINGLE FAMILY HOUSE PLANS have been organized into three subcategories for your convenience:
- SMALL HOMES (under 2,000 SF)
- MEDIUM HOMES (2,000 - 3,000 square feet)
- LARGE HOMES (over 3,000 square feet)
Each category has been sorted by square footage, low to high.
MULTI-FAMILY HOUSE PLANS are on their own page and are sorted by square footage per unit.
